Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any piece of jewellery purchased via this website, you may return it within 7 days of purchase via special delivery. Provided the item has not been worn an exchange or full refund will be given. Please provide a copy of the receipt/proof of purchase on retun.

Postage and packing
Each piece of jewellery will be presented in a stylish gift box, then carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Purchases from our online shop include postage and packing. For non-UK shipments please contact Lisa for an individual delivery price.

Commissions
If you wish to commission Lisa to make a piece you have designed or want designing, for either male or female, then please contact Lisa directly.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Lisa Murray', with card name, number and expiry date written clearly on the reverse of the cheque. Please confirm if you would like to be contacted when new collections are added. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
